What do the fees cover?

Our fees cover all costs: the software that support card ordering and gift personalization capabilities, managing the entire process of charging the purchasers credit card and managing the delivery to the card recipient. That means for every order made through your OneLink page or your page on our Card Mall, we are producing the personalized gift message/greeting card, fulfilling the order and delivering the card, following up to ensure delivery/receipt, fielding all customer support questions, managing all card activation communications, and providing on-demand sales reporting so you can track the card sale you are generating online.


Is there a monthly bill?

Short answer - no. Every day, we track the card orders that are being generated through our network. You receive alerts at the end of every day that summarize daily sales. At the beginning of every month, we prepare your monthly sales statement so you can see the total value of the cards sold during the prior month. On the 15th of every month you will receive an ACH or check payment.


Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. There is no term obligation as a participant in our network. If at any time, you are not satisfied with our services, you may decline further participation without cause 10 days following written or email notification to your account manager. At which time, we will de-activate your account and if applicable, return any gift cards in your inventory file at our fulfillment office.
